If your package is lost/stolen after delivered by the USPS/UPS, it is your responsibility to contact the post office. They would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged... please contact us and you will receive a refund on products or items will be resent based on eligibility. 

 

Invalid Address 

If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender, we will refund you for the product minus shipping and handling fee.
