Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY 

 1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If at some random error or glitch, your item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original method of payment. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may have caused. 


2. Delivery Location
Items offered on Rose Kloset are only available for delivery to addresses in USA Territories.

We also accept orders from international customers who have ONLY shipping addresses based in a USA Territory.

Any Shipments outside of USA are not available at this time. As we do not offer international shipping.
 

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [20] business days of the date of your order.

Please NOTE: Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Products may also be delivered in SEPARATE SHIPMENTS.
 

4. Delivery Instructions

When your package is ready, Rose Kloset will ship it according to your chosen shipping method. We will email you all the shipping details & tracking number to follow your shipment. Please see our Tracking Information page, for further details. 
 
5. Shipping Costs
Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed and additional shipping charges/taxes may apply. You will be advised of charges on the checkout page.
 
Note: Sales tax is charged according to location in the US.
 
6. Damaged Items in Transport 
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately shoprosekloset@gmail.com.

* PACKAGES ORDERED MAY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY DUE TO DIFFERENT VENDORS, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED YOU.                   * THERE IS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION.
* DELIVERIES ARE MADE MON-FRI , THERE IS NO WEEKEND SERVICE AVAILABLE.
* WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
* YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE INGOING CUSTOMS COST OR TAXES SHOULD ANY BE INCURRED IN SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION.
* PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AS WE’RE UNABLE TO REDIRECT ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU.
* BEFORE WE CAN DISPATCH YOUR PURCHASES, WE MAY NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP DELAYS TO A MINIMUM.
* TO MINIMIZE DELAYS WE RECOMMEND USING YOUR WORK ADDRESS AS YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after submitting your order unless another shipping criteria has been selected.

Any orders processed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST through Sunday, will be shipped the proceeding Monday. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR SHIPPING PARTNER TO MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL IMPACT OF DELAYS ON HOLIDAYS. Holiday shipping exceptions are: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

ROSE KLOSET is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, postal inceptions, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address. We urge all customers to ensure your shipping address is accurate before you complete your order, the address you provide is the address where we will ship to.

Available Shipping Methods for all orders are as follows:

* Standard Shipping rates: $8.00 (8-20 business days)
* UPS Express Shipping: $20.00 (5-8 business days)
* FREE Standard Shipping for all domestic orders over $100. 

NOTE for security reasons, a clear signature is required upon delivery, for all delivered packages.
