WE ASK YOU TRY KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE EXACT SAME. A OTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS IS OPTIONAL AT CHECK OUT, IF NEEDED. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. USA BASED TERRITORIES ONLY! NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESS ALLOWED. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. WE TEMPORARILY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL. IF YOU ARE A INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER WE ONLY ACCEPT YOUR ORDERS IF YOUR ADRESS IS USA BASED ADRESS.  PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED,  IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

Our Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. OUR POLICY IS IF YOU HAVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED, FAULTY OR SOILED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. If we approve you for a refund. Your refund is only eligible for 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase / order date, unfortunately we CAN NOT offer you any refunds.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And pictures of said items that are not shown tampered with. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer.

NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Refunds (if applicable): This is the only situation where a refund is granted! Any item not in its original packaging, that is damaged during Transit or missing parts after delivery, for reasons not due to our error. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of receiving approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges / Returns:
Sorry, ALL SALES are final. If you received a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
